Canned sardines is part of my diet. I normally buy Ayam brand canned sardines. First I rinse off most of the tomato sauce under tap water. Then heat it up in a microwave oven. I take a few hundred grams of canned sardines a week.
Sardines is a very good source of vitamin B12, vitamin D, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, protein, phosphorous, vitamin B3, etc.
