Banana Milk Shake: Low Fat Milk + Banana Smoothie Recipe

At about 9.00 am on 2008-10-01 (Wed), I made my third smoothie with the following:

(a) 1 peeled and chopped and frozen Banana = 90g
(b) Magnolia lo-fat hi-cal milk 200 ml

Method: Use Smoothie Function of Philips Blender HR 2094 3 times for about 20 seconds each time with a 5-second break in between
