Smoothie: Banana +Orange + Grapes + Papaya recipe

At about 9.30 am on 2008-10-01 (Wed), I made my third smoothie with the following:

(a) 1 peeled and chopped and frozen Banana = 90g
(b) 2 Oranges without skin and seeds = 250g.
(c ) Cut papaya peeled without seeds = 100g
(d) California black grapes without seeds = 100g
(e) Cold water = 300 ml

Method: Use Smoothie Function of Philips Blender HR 2094 3 times for about 20 seconds each time with a 5-second break in between

Verdict: Very Good. Sweet and smooth
