20g Black Glutinous Rice
10g Barley Pearl
20g Yellow Millet
20g White Wheat
20g Buckwheat
20g Qianshi (Gordon Euryale Seed)
20g dried Lotus seed
20g Black Sesame Powder
30g Organic Red Lentil

Added water 1 litre
Cooked for about 6 hours just leaving the cooker alone
