My 13th homemade bread. Regular Basic white bread with light crust made on 2013-10-13.

My 13th homemade bread. Regular Basic white bread with light crust made on 2013-10-13.
Started at 10.42 am
Ended at  1.12 pm
Results: The best look so far. Very fair "in complex" and bottom hole is relatively small and neat. 

The basic white bread was baked with Zojirushi bread maker model BB-HAQ10. Baking time: 3.5 hours. Estimated ingredients cost = $1.50. 

Recipe/Ingredients Ref: M2013J13

(1) 2/3 cup of water
(2) 2 cups of Prima brand (white) bread flour 
(3) 1.5 tablespoon of sugar
(4) 2 tablespoons of dry milk
(5) 1 teaspoon of salt
(6) 1 tablespoon of butter (Estimated)
(8) 1 teaspoon of Bake King brand instant yeast 

Note 1:  The cup and spoons are the measuring cup and spoons delivered with the Zojirushi bread maker. 

Note 2: Cooling for one hour before packing.

Note: TT ate 2 slices with cheese at 1.45 pm.
