My 9th homemade bread. Regular Basic white bread with light crust made on 2013-10-06.

Result: GOOD. 

The basic white bread was baked with Zojirushi bread maker model BB-HAQ10. Baking time: 3.5 hours. Estimated ingredients cost = $1.50. 

Recipe/Ingredients Ref: M2013J06B

(1) 2/3 cup of water

(2) 2 cups of Prima brand (white) bread flour 

(3) 1 tablespoon of sugar

(4) 2 tablespoons of dry milk

(5) 0.5 teaspoon of salt

(6) 1.5 tablespoons of butter (Estimated)

(8) 1 teaspoon of Bake King brand instant yeast 

Note 1:  The cup and spoons are the measuring cup and spoons delivered with the Zojirushi bread maker. 

Note 2: Cooling for one hour before packing.

Note 3: Eaten by GG, TT and me on 2013/10/07 with cheese.
