My very nutritious and healthy lunch on 2013-10-17: Cereal consisting of total 150 grams of brown rice, buckwheat, millet, red bean, soya bean, polenta, black glutinous rice, wheat, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond, walnut, Brazil nut, 1.5 tablespoons each of dry milk and black sesame powder and 2 cup of hot plain water. Cooked by microwave oven 2+2 mins.
