My lunch on 2013-10-10: multi whole grains with nuts, seeds, bean and dry milk

My lunch on 2013-10-10: Cereal consisting of total 160 grams of brown rice, buckwheat, millet, red bean, soya bean, polenta, black glutinous rice, wheat, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, black sesame powder, almond, walnut, Brazil nut, dry milk and 2 cup of hot plain water. Cooked by microwave oven 2+2 mins.
