My lunch on 2013-10-04: Cereal consisting of 150 grams of multi whole grains + nuts + beans + seeds cooked in microwave oven with plain water and black sesame powder.

My lunch on 2013-10-04: Cereal consisting of 150 grams of multi whole grains + nuts + beans + seeds cooked in microwave oven with 450 ml plain water and 1.5 tablespoonfuls of black sesame powder.
