My 6th homemade bread: Basic 25% Prima wholemeal flour bread made on 2013-09-30. GOOD! 

My 6th homemade bread baked with Zojirushi bread maker model BB-HAQ10. Date: 2013-09-30,Monday. Baking time: 3.5 hours.

Type: Regular basic 25% wholemeal bread. 

Recipe/Ingredients:

(1) 7/8 cup of water
(2) 1.5 cups of Prima brand (white) bread flour 
(3) 0.5 cup of Prima brand wholemeal flour (Note: To me it looks like ground whole wheat and not flour. See picture below.)
(4) 1.5 tablespoons of sugar
(5) 1.5 tablespoons of dry milk
(6) 0.5 teaspoon of salt
(7) 1.5 tablespoons of butter (Estimated)
(8) 1 teaspoon of Bake King brand instant yeast 

Note (1):  The cup and spoons are the measuring cup and spoons delivered with the Zojirushi bread maker. 

Baking completed at 1040 pm. Cooling for one hour before packing for eating tomorrow. 

Note (2): At 5.50 am on 1 Oct 2013, I sliced the bread and ate it with cheese. Taste and texture were both very good! Success!! I also used the bread to make cheese sandwiches for GG and TT.
