I regret eating the following unhealthy food yesterday.
(1) A bit of oily French fries and chicken nugget from Latte (estimated 100 kcal)
(2) Oily Pineapple rice and non-green vegetables from Latte (estimated 350 kcal)
The above foods are not my favourite junk food. The same mistake should not be repeated again.
Mee pok dry taken yesterday is my favourite traditional noodle food taken about once a week although it is not very healthy.
