(Note Watson scale = 53.9 kg)
My current BMI is within the healthy range of 18.5 to 22.9.
Based on my weight of 54.2 kg and STI calorie need calculator, my calorie required today is 1563.75 Kcal (Sedentary).
At 0800 hour, my blood pressure (No prior strenuous activity): SYS = 116, DIA = 58, Pulse/Min = 60 (OSIM)
My Sleep Monitor for today (starting on 071101):

Total sleep = 5 hours 0 minutes
Medical note: When I woke up at about 7.00 pm, my left nose was blocked but it was clear when I stood up.
