Bowel Movement on 080628: 1 x big (afternoon hr. Soft. Banana-shaped stools. Brown. Sunk. )

Medical Note: I had slight nose bleeding at about 8.15 pm. Fresh blood from right nostril. Possible reason is the “heatiness” caused by the dry pork floss given by Latte (about 70g in total) taken this afternoon and after dinner of pork porridge.

So I took two Panando tablets at about at 8.30 pm to reduce the heat.
