Philips blender model HR2096 bought for BB on 2015-02-03
But 2015-12-26, I found the blender HR2094 was OK. The cause of leak was that the rubber ring was placed at a wrong position.
Note: I bought 3 units of blender HR2094 in total as at 2012-02-10 when I bought the third unit which was meant for BB but used by me.
Purchase of my first Philips Blender HR2094 was on 13 September 2008.

Harvest Moon Fresh Tasmanian Carrots bought for the first time at Giant Supermarket near my home on 25 December 2015, Friday at S$1.65 per 1kg-packet. Usual price is S$1.75 per 1kg-packet. I bought 3 packets. Total 3 kg. To be used as a standard ingredient of my green smoothie and for TT's cooking.

膳食宝塔和每天身体活动图
膳食宝塔 共分五层,包含我们每天应吃的主要食物种类。膳食宝塔各层位置和面积不同,这反映出各类食物在膳食中的地位和应占的比重。谷类食物位居底层,每人每天应该吃250g~400g;蔬菜和水果居第二层,每天应吃300g~500g和200g~400g;鱼、禽、肉、蛋等动物性食物位于第三层,每天应该吃125g~225g(鱼虾类50g~100g,畜、禽肉50g~75g,蛋类25g~50g);奶类和豆类食物合居第四层,每天应吃相当于鲜奶300g的奶类及奶制品和相当于干豆30g~50g的大豆及制品。第五层塔顶是烹调油和食盐,每天烹调油不超过25g或30g,食盐不超过6g。膳食宝塔没有建议食糖的摄入量,主要是我国居民平均吃糖的量还不多,对健康的影响还不大。但多吃糖有增加龋齿的危险,尤其是儿童、青少年不应吃太多的糖和含糖高的食品及饮料。饮酒的问题在《中国居民膳食指南》中已有说明。
新的膳食宝塔图增加了水和身体活动的形象,强调足量饮水和增加身体活动的重要性。水是膳食的重要组成部分,是一切生命必需的物质,其需要量主要受年龄、环境温度、身体活动等因素的影响。在温和气候条件下生活的轻体力活动的成年人每日至少饮水1200mL(约6杯)。在高温或强体力劳动的条件下,应适当增加。饮水不足或过多都会对人体健康带来危害。饮水应少量多次,要主动,不要感到口渴时再喝水。目前我国大多数成年人身体活动不足或缺乏体育锻炼,应改变久坐少动的不良生活方式,养成天天运动的习惯,坚持每天多做一些消耗体力的活动。建议成年人每天进行累计相当于步行6000步以上的身体活动,如果身体条件允许,最好进行30分钟中等强度的运动。
平衡膳食是合理营养的根本途径。根据《中国居民膳食指南》(2007)的条目并参照膳食宝塔的内容来安排日常饮食和身体活动是通往健康的光明之路。
