The linseed will be crushed with my newly bought Tefal La Moulinette Chopper DPA171 (1000 watts) into close-to powder form (i.e. Brown Flaxseed Meal) before being used as an ingredient of my multi whole grains cereal.

Multigrain paste or porridge for young children and old adults with badteeth or chewing problem
On 30-12-2012, Sunday, I made multigrain paste by grinding the multigrain rice (see top photo) into powder (see middle photo) and then cooking it in a pressure cooker. Lastly, a multigrain paste (or called multigrain porridge) was produced.
The ingredients of the multigrain are:
Organic brown rice
Organic buckwheat
Organic polenta
Organic oats
Millet
Wheat
Barley
Soy bean
Almond
Walnut
Linseed
Brazil nut
Black sesame seed powder

In the morning of 21 December 2013, Friday, for the first time, I bought at NTUC Fairprice Supermarket (AMK Hub) a packet of 500-gram Origins brand organic linseed (I.e. flaxseed) at S$4.80. I just found out before writing this blog posting that the origin country of the product is not indicated on the packing! But the bar code no.is 8887501030680.
I intend to use about-6-year-old Braun blender chopper to grind the linseed into fine powder for my multigrain rice.
