Food for thought on 20190128

Good to eat healthy foods most of the time.

The following are of paramount importance:

(A) Keeping body weight of BMI of more than 18.5 and less than 23.

(B) Taking (before 2359 hour daily) multivitamins, vitamin C 1000 mg, B-complex 100, Biotin 10000 mcg.

(C) 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily .

(D) 5 cups or 1 litre of plain water daily .
