We, human being, as long as our spleen, liver, large intestine and kidney are healthy, we will be far away from cancer, diabetes, heart attack and high blood pressure.

🌷}脾,一定要健康。
Keeping the Spleen healthy must be top priority.

如果有病,就先恢复脾的功能。
Once you are sick, you must work on the recovery of your spleen first.

每天三餐,五谷杂粮一定要占总饮食的 50%,一定要养成这个习惯。
Our daily three meals should contain 50% of grains/wheat/brown rice, must learn to make it as part of our eating habit and diet.

🍚}杂粮就是红豆、黄豆、绿豆、薏仁,这些都是杂粮类,莲子也很好,有了这个概念之后,脾好肝就好。
Grain crops are red bean, soya bean, green bean and Chinese Pearl barley. Lotus seeds are also good. Once your spleen is good, your liver will automatically be healthy.

🕙}脾在造血,一天有两个重要的时间,就是子时24:00和午时12:00,所以,你该休息的时候一定要休息。

Spleen is the organ that is manufacturing blood. The important schedules for processing are 12:00 am and 12:00 pm. Thus, when you need to rest, you must rest. Nowadays, they are a lot of people who are having liver problems. Why is it?

..晚睡、吃油炸的东西、坏脾气,这三个正是肝的三大克星。 Sleeping late, eating oily and fried foods and bad mood, these are the three nemesis.

🐷}油包肝,你吃油的东西,油把整个肝包住,肝的功能完全丧失了,所以说,我们不要吃得太油腻。
When you eat oily foods, oil will cover up your whole liver, your liver will loss its functions.

🚶}当我们身体感觉不适的时候,此时疾病正在纠正人的过失,用身体的痛苦管教他,有痛苦的时候,代表我们要改变自己的生活方式。
🚽每天早上,你上厕所感觉很困难,这个表示什么?
When we are feeling uncomfortable, the sickness is coming to rectify our negligence, using pain to educate us, we must change our way of living.
Every morning, do you find difficulty to pass motion? What does that mean?

🍃}你身体纤维素摄取量完全不足。 Your intake of fibre is not enough.

..万病之源,都是从你的大肠不能正常排泄开始。
Thousands of sickness main problems are caused by the inability to perform daily passing motion through the large intestine.

..如果你的大肠很好,那你早上应该不是自己醒过来,而是被大肠的蠕动叫醒,大肠蠕动在叫你了,为什么?
If your large intestine is good form, in the morning, you will be woken up by the movement of your  large intestine calling you. Why?

..因为五到七点就是大肠最活跃的时间,所以为什么我们告诉癌症病人一定要晚上九点睡,因为你的大肠早上六点到七点的时候自然就会蠕动,叫你起床,蹲马桶了。
Because 5:00 am to 7:00 am, our large intestine is most actively performing it's functions. That's why we inform cancer patients must go to sleep at 9:00 pm. Because large intestine will automatically wake you up between 6:00 am to 7:00 am to sit on the toilet bowl.

💩}你一天要上几次厕所才够?
How many times you must go to toilet everyday?

请记住:如果四、五天才上一次厕所,叫重度便秘;
Please remember, if it's 4-5 days, you are seriously in constipated.

两三天上一次厕所,这个叫中度便秘;
2-3 days once, considered as medium level of constipation.

一天上一次厕所,叫轻度便秘。
Once a day is mild constipation.

..食物进入体内十二小时,没有排出去,就会形成毒素。
Once the foods is maintained inside our stomach for 12 hours, it became poisonous particles.

因为毒素没有排出去,我们的大肠壁就会吸收这个毒素,吸收以后,透过静脉又送回肝脏去,糟糕了! 造成肝亏损,这个问题就很严重了。
Because the poisonous particles are not passing out, it will be absorbed by the large intestinal wall, which then will send back to the liver, thus, damaging our liver. This will create a serious problem.

💝}肝不好跟大肠有直接关联,只要大肠一通顺,肝就会好了,免疫系统也跟着恢复,而且送到心脏的血都是干净的,所以什么病都不容易罹患。
There is a direct relationship between our liver and large intestine. Once our large intestine is passable, liver will get recover, and build-up our antibody. Then, blood delivery to heart will be clean and no sickness will attack you.

..当一个人感觉到每天很容易疲倦、很容易累,表示你的肝功能已经出现问题了,血已经没有办法回流到肝!
When you always feel tired or very easy to get tired, that means you are having problems with the liver, your blood is unable to return back to your liver.

💪}你身体健康靠的是什么?
What is your health depending on?

💤}睡眠的时间,脾去收集血液,送到肝脏去解毒,解毒以后,干净的血液送到心脏去,心脏再送到全身,就能获得营养,就能获得健康。
While you are sleeping, your spleen is going to collect blood and deliver to the liver for dialysis. After cleaning and filtering up the poisonous particles, it will then deliver to the heart, the heart will then despatch throughout your body. You then received nutrients and get healthy.

💨}很不幸的是,现代很多人脾已经先出现问题,脾本身就不收集血液。
Unfortunately, nowadays people are having problems with their spleen. Spleen itself is not storing blood.

Blood pressure: How low can you go?

What's considered low blood pressure for you may be normal for someone else. Most doctors consider chronically low blood pressure too low only if it causes noticeable symptoms.

Some experts define low blood pressure as readings

lower than 90 mm Hg systolic

or 60 mm Hg diastolic

— you need to have only one number in the low range for your blood pressure to be considered lower than normal. In other words, if your systolic pressure is a perfect 115, but your diastolic pressure is 50, you're considered to have lower than normal pressure.

A sudden fall in blood pressure also can be dangerous. A change of just 20 mm Hg — a drop from 110 systolic to 90 mm Hg systolic, for example — can cause dizziness and fainting when the brain fails to receive an adequate supply of blood.

And big plunges, especially those caused by uncontrolled bleeding, severe infections or allergic reactions, can be life-threatening.

Athletes and people who exercise regularly tend to have lower blood pressure and a slower heart rate than do people who aren't as fit. So, in general, do nonsmokers and people who eat a healthy diet and maintain a normal weight.

But in some rare instances, low blood pressure can be a sign of serious, even life-threatening disorders.

     一个从医40年的老中医的肺腑之言

1.健康不等于长寿。

健康只能说明他的身体状况好,而长寿则是说明身体的持久性和延续性,这是两个完全不同的概念。以前有一位北京市十大健康老人,身体确实很棒。电视里经常报道他的健身经验。但是,有一天突然查出体内有两处癌变,肺上是小细胞癌,食道是低分化癌,两种癌都是恶性程度很高的,结果病情发展很快,我也未能将他医好,不久就去世了。所以健康的人生存质量较好,而长寿的人生命力较旺盛。

2.生命有时在于运动,但有时也在于静养。

经常锻炼身体的人会比较健康,但不经常锻炼的人未必不
健康。健康的人抵卸疾病的能力强,不健康的人抵疾病的能力差,但是如若不被感染重病,照样也能活得长久。你看那些病病歪歪的、常年药罐子不离身边的人,一天又一天、一年又一年的活着,把那些所谓的身强体壮的人都“熬”下去了。常言道:柏木桶熬不过破瓦罐,小心驶得万年船。而生活中常看到过于健壮的人说死就死了,根本都不带商量的。就像体育运动员并不比一般人长寿一样。我认为,体育竞技比赛,是人类干的一件蠢事,是人类争强好胜的本能造成的,就应该取消这类比赛运动。过激的超负荷、超极限的运动只会损害人体、缩短生命,貌似健康,并不长寿。可以开展一些适量的体育表演,但不要以决雌雄。用一个国家拿金牌多少来衡量这个国家的健康水平,是荒唐不可取的,这个误区也太大了!我提倡中老年人散步,每天走一个小时就很好。北大老校长马寅初瘫痪在床,哪有多少运动?但也活到九十九岁。民进党的创始人之一雷洁琼九十多岁时患体位性低血压,不能站立行走,我给她摸脉觉得肾气很足,最后照样活了一百多岁!过度的运动会损伤身体,加速人的损耗,加快了代谢并不一定会长寿。乌龟没有兔子跑的快,但是乌龟比兔子代谢慢,寿命要比兔子长得多。慢性子的人常常比急性子的人长寿,可能与代谢慢有关系。所谓的来也匆匆,去也匆匆,用来形容急性子很恰当。

3.简单的、平静的、安详的生活和轻松愉悦的心情是长寿的基础。

如果一个人一天到晚焦虑烦躁、担惊受怕、惶惶不可终日,就不会有好的生活质量, 人长期在忧愁苦闷的心境下生活就会衰老很快,免疫功能下降,促使尽早走向死亡。所以,老年人一定要自寻其乐,常与人交流,不把烦恼的事情放在心上。“只有没心没肺,才会活的不累”。虚云大师活了120岁,是因为他遁入了空门,除却了烦恼事。张学良被蒋介石软禁起来,反倒悠闲自得,衣食无忧,得以延寿百年以上。如果像蒋介石一样操心劳累,就不可能那样长寿。

4.长寿和饮食的关系很复杂。

央视夕阳红栏目经常采访一些百岁老人,其中有天天喝粥吃咸菜的,有吃饭吃到七成饱的。还有一对百岁老夫妻,老太太经常吃肉,老头终生吃素。国学大师文怀沙从来都是随便吃东西的,高盐、高脂都不论,今年103岁了,我见到他还是红光满面、精力充沛。台湾国民党中将王中泉老先生已经一百一十多岁了,吃东西也不讲究,看上去只像八十岁的样子,站在那里说话一个多次小时都不累。看来人上一百,各形各色,一点都不假。我认为这关键在于你是什么样的体质类型。比如说有人喝牛奶就拉肚子,是因为体内缺乏半乳糖酶,有人吃了海鲜身上就痒,是因为对海鲜过敏,所以人和人差别是很大的,各有适应性。就像前面提到的一对百岁夫妻一样,如果让他们二人换一换饮食谱,可能两人都活不到那个年龄。人是从猿进化而来的,本来就是吃素为主的,但进化的过程中一部分人改变了饮食习惯,如内蒙、新疆、西藏人,没有太多的素食,不吃肉吃什么?几代人传下来就适应了。而没有遗传吃肉基因的人,吃多了肉就消化不了,代谢不掉。就像一些从农村走到领导岗位的人,和一些企业家,家里祖代都是吃不饱饭的农民,平时就很少吃大鱼大肉,现在天天高粱厚味,身体根本适应不了,不出现动脉硬化、高血压、高血脂、心脏血管病、骨质疏松等病才怪呢!这种人只有吃肉的嘴,而没有吃肉的福。张开你的嘴巴看看你的犬齿,如果很发达,你就是能吃肉的那种类型的人,因为犬是吃肉的动物。否则你吃多了肉就没有好下场。

5.长寿与睡眠的关系值得探讨。

有人说睡眠必须充是,所以有的老人吃了晚饭八、九点钟就睡了,但有人每天都很晚才睡,也从来不讲睡什么子午觉。肿瘤治疗专家潘明继几十年来每天只睡四个小时,但也活到了八十多岁。世界上有一些终生都不睡觉的奇人,也并不是短命鬼。西方人没有午休的习惯,午觉自然就不睡了,中国人子时在睡觉,而这时正好美国人是白天在工作,一个中国人到美国去,不可能子时去睡觉的。人本来就有 “猫头鹰型”和“百灵鸟型”,不能说哪种类型好,哪种类型不好。所以我觉得,各人有各人的不同的作息习惯,只要按照自我的规律去作息,自自然然地,不过劳、不过少、不过多,自己觉得舒服就行。

6.用药的问题很麻烦。

现在许多人不能颐养天年的另一个原因就是随便乱吃中西药。乱吃中药在于不懂得辨证用药,只知道什么病用什么药,不知道什么证用什么药,主要是不辨虚实寒热。举例来讲,感冒有风寒风热之分,风寒感冒要用辛温解表药,风热感冒要用辛凉解表药,如果吃反了,风寒感冒的更寒,风热感冒的更热,不但病不会好,还会加重病情,转变成亚健康状态,使体质更差,缩短了生命。乱用西药的结果更是吓人。我们知道绝大多数的西药都是化学合成的,是地球上原本没有的东西,是人体不需要也不接受的东西。我们天天谈食物污染,是说我们食用的动物体内残留大量的激素,植物体内残留化肥和农药。但是我们在吃这些食物时已经被它们代谢掉了一部分,这只是二次污染。而我们吃的大把的西药却是实实在在的一次性污染!这些化学药品对人体健康的损害是长期地、持续不断地、多脏器的,直接影响到人的健康和寿命。而中草药绝大部分是地里长出来的,是和粮食、水果、蔬菜一个来源,比西药相对安全许多,因此我劝大家防病、治病尽量用中药,少用或不用西药。

7.老年人的发烧感染是过早死亡的主因。

我在一些大医院参与抢救成功的高烧病人,有的不仅昏迷不醒,甚至没有自主呼吸,我发现大多是阳虚发烧的病人。人们最不易理解的,也就是最容易忽略的就是阳虚发烧,西医大夫更没有这个概念。什么是阳虚发烧?举个不太恰当的例子就是夏天看到冰淇淋冒烟的现象,我们就错误的认为是热烫的食物。阳虚发热实际上是寒极生热,是体内寒到了极点的发热,是一种假像。这时如果再用大量的寒凉的抗生素或者退烧药,控制不了感染是很危险的,很容易造成病人死亡!我见到的许多老年人包括一些老领导就是这样悄然死去的。他们本来可以更长寿的,但是没能活到自然的生命极限,因为没有找到好的中医用“甘温除热法”治疗,就这样被草草地结束了生命。  (本文在原文基础上略有删减)

My intake of Vitamin B12 from 12 September 2016

From 12 September 2016, I started a tablet of GNC VITAMIN B-12 1000 (90 VEGICAPS) daily not for hand eczema but for overall health, especially for my nerves.

A severe vitaminB12 deficiency can lead to deep depression, paranoia and delusions, memory loss, incontinence, loss of taste and smell, and more.

The human body needs vitamin B12 to make red blood cells, nerves, and DNA, and to carry out other functions.

My hand eczema slowly made a come back after I stopped taking all health supplements some time in 2014. 

I stopped taking health in 2014 because I thought I did not need any health supplements since I took nutritious and healthy multi whole grains, nuts and beans, black sesame powder  and green smoothie daily.

But it was a mistake.

I guess the reason is: We can't have sufficient nutrients from our foods no matter how or what you eat.

Between 2014 and March 2016, hand eczema gave me a lot of problems, pains, discomfort and anxiety.

Retaking health supplements have almost solved my hand eczema problem.

Now my hand eczema problem is almost solved after retaking again health supplements since mid March 2016. I had not applied skin moisturizer on my palms in the past week because I didn't need it to moisturize my palm skin and my palms don't have any sores or torn skin now. 

I hope my eczema has been solved permanently.
[Note: As at 2016-0912, most probably my hand eczema has been cured by myself.]

I am taking the following health supplements daily.

GNC Vitamin C 1000 mg
[Note: On 16 July 2016, I replaced GNC vitamin C with GNC TripleC™ 1000 (180 vegitabs) ]
Nature's Farm B complex 100 -- 1 tablet
1 or 2 tablets Redoxon vita immune
1 tablet of Centrum silver multi vitamins
1 Caltrate 600 plus tablet for calcium.
Now brand vitamin D-3 1000IU -- 1 capsule
Nature's Farm omega-3 fish oil 1275 mg -- 1 capsule

I suggest each of us should at least take a tablet of multi vitamins as an insurance to ensure that we have sufficient nutrients for our bodies.

I am taking Centrum brand multivitamins now. I strongly recommend you to take multivitamins daily unless your medical conditions do not allow you to do so.

Information Added on 2016-09-12 on Biotin and Eczema Moisturizer

(a) On 2016-07-19 I bought a bottle of GNC Fast Dissolving Biotin 2500mcg, Mixed Berry, 60 each bottle for my brittle fingernails. Bought from GNC Tampines Mall. At VIP Price S$29.56. Usual price S$36.95. I have been taking at least on tablet of this biotin since 2016-07-19.


(b) Based on my hands’ conditions as at 2016-09-12, after taking GNC Fast Dissolving Biotin 2500 mcgmy hands do not have sudden and random small torn skins on the fingers on my palm for the last few weeks. I guess this the result of Biotin and other supplements mentioned above.

(c) Finally I do not need to apply Eczema Moisturizer on my palms any more!

The incidence of a Vitamin B12 deficiency has to date received too little attention in orthodox medical practice. In particular, older persons, patients on long-term medication and those with neurological disorders can all benefit from adjuvant Vitamin B12 administration.

Cognitive performance can be improved, and the risk of brain atrophy reduced, by Vitamin B12.

年轻时不注重睡眠,患癌后我改了睡眠习惯

两年前我得了癌症,得癌症我不能确切地说是因为睡眠,但所有医生都告诉我,得癌症基本上是因为抵抗力低或身体状况不好。生病之后我反思,觉得一定要让自己睡好。

我年轻的时候很不注重睡眠,大学里每次要考试时就会灌咖啡,有时候一个晚上喝十杯咖啡不睡觉。后来觉得十杯咖啡不太好,老是上厕所,所以我找到了一个咖啡因药丸,每晚吃一颗就可以不用睡觉,最多我连续两晚不睡。当时非常得意,跟同学炫耀说,你看我平常不读书也考得挺好的,只要考试前不睡觉就好了。

后来进入职场也是继续拼命,每晚两三点睡觉是常态,平均每天睡5小时,而且同事之间总会有一些竞争看谁工作得更晚更努力。到了做企业高管的时候,更是认为我要让我的员工知道我工作多努力,我要跟我的朋友比拼谁需要更少的睡眠。

我常和朋友说每天少睡一小时,人生多活1/24,我深深认为这是一个金玉良言。所以我那时候非常自以为是,你们一天只有16个小时可以用,我有19个小时可以用,这是我非常自豪而且自认为是激励员工的事情。

然后发生了什么大家都知道,我得了癌症。
