On 2012-07-05, Thursday, I made my healthy snack Steamed Purple Sweet Potato (Product of Vietnam).

Quantity = One Purple Sweet Potato about 180 grams before peeling.

After Peeling and cutting = about 150 grams

Energy = about 150 kcal

Dietary fiber = about 2.4 grams

Peeling cutting time = about 5 minutes

Steaming time = about 12 minutes

Steamer = Stylux brand Mini Electric Food Steamer model LH-SC5003

Taster = Me

Verdict = Very good. This is my first Steamed Purple Sweet Potato (Product of Vietnam)

The regular ingredients of my HL123 Multigrain Rice

The regular ingredients of my HL123 Multigrain Rice are:

1. Brown Rice (About 25% of my HL 123 Multigrain Rice is Brown Rice )
2. Buckwheat
3. Black Glutinous Rice
4. Millet
5. Wheat
6. Barley
7. Oats
8. Crushed Corn
9. Walnut
10. Almond
11. Soy Bean
12. Black Sesame Powder

I blend the ingredients (except Black Sesame Powder) before cooking.

I add Black Sesame Powder to cooked HL123 Multigrain Rice before eating.

I am consuming the Purple Sweet Potatoes as an ingredient for my multigrain rice or a snack in the form of steamed Purple Sweet Potatoes.
