Daily dietary fibre intake: Singapore Health Promotion Board recommends a daily dietary fibre intake of 20g for women and 26g for men. This equates to 2 servings of fruit and 2 servings of vegetables per day. Breaking this down to per meal would be having a half plate of fruits and vegetables at each meal.
