My home-made multi whole grains cereal (also containing nuts, seeds and beans)  in powder form prepared on 2013-07-13 for cooking later. 

The ingredients are:

hard red wheat, rye, triticale, oat bran, oats, corn, barley, soy beans, brown rice, millet, buckwheat, polenta, black glutinous rice, farina wheat,  almond, Brazil nuts, walnut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, oat brans.

The bowl below contains 600 grams of the home-made cereal. The energy per 100 grams is about 360 kcal. In each meal I eat 150 grams of the cereal. So I packed the 600-gram cereal in 4 small plastic bags.

On 2010-08-11, Wednesday, for the first time, I bought two 500-gram packets of Chang brand Organic Thai Black Glutinous Rice produced by THE SUKHA HOUSE for my multi grain stand-by stock.
The shop where I bought the Black Glutinous Rice from:

Piore Organic, Blk 3 queen's road #02-163 Tel: 64744047 The price of each packet was S$3.00. Normally I use non-organic Black Glutinous Rice.

The price of the No Frills Black Glutinous Rice 500g packet I bought on 2010-06-01 from Shop N Save Bedok central was only S$1.90 per packet
