The last slice of my 25th homemade bread baked on 2013-11-07 (Simple Milk bread, no added sugar and no added salt) was found to have fungus at about 11.00 pm on 10 Nov 2013.

The last slice of my 25th homemade bread baked on 2013-11-07 (Simple Milk bread, no added sugar and no added salt) was found to have fungus at about 11.00 pm on 10 Nov 2013, after I applied   Kaya spread. ( Note: Kaya is made of coconut)

Reason: Possibly due to the fact no preservative was added.
