My 33rd homemade bread. Bread flour 216g and my multi whole grains 30g. For the first time the kneading blade is stuck inside the bread (see photos attracted)

My 33rd homemade bread on 2013-11-28 started 5.38 pm. Light crust. Regular basic bread. Duration: 3.5 hours.

Note: Bread is soft. For the first time the kneading blade is stuck inside the bread. See the photos attached.

Bread flour 216 g (2 cups)
My multi whole grains 30g
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2.5 tbsp 
No salt
Instant yeast 1 tsp
