Sharp pain, tingling sensation and numbness in my left lower leg due to deficiency of B12?

On 2011-10-12 (Wed), after waking up in the morning, I had sharp pain, tingling sensation and some numbness in the muscle of my left lower leg and my left buttock when I sat down. I felt that my nerve inside the left lower leg was being pulled causing unbearable pain. When I stood up, the pain would be lessoned but did not go away. I walked with a limp. But I still managed to drive.

My bad leg condition continues till 2011-11-25. Please see my new posting.

Note: Later on I found that bad leg condition was most probably due to deficiency of B12 because of my diet.
