Multigrain porridge (125 grams before cooking) with black sesame powder as my lunch on 27 Dec 2012.

Ingredients: brown rice, wheat, black glutinous rice, soy bean, buckwheat, Chinese barley, polenta (crushed corn), millet, linseeds, oats and black sesame powder.

Total energy : about 480kcal.
