Take a lot of fruits and vegetables for good skin

Fruits and vegetables are the main source of antioxidants in our daily nutrition. Sun exposure, smoking, chronic diseases and air pollution expose us to accelerated oxidation damages in our body. Soluble dietary antioxidants such as lycopene, lutein, beta-carotene and other antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables reach the deeper skin layers (the dermis) and partially neutralize the oxidative damage associated with prolonged exposure to the sun. Also fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C are essential to the proper production of collagen.
