Checking Authorized Access
- Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA): View your appointed Donees by logging into Office of the Public Guardian Online (OPGO) with your Singpass. Only your officially registered Donees have authorized access to retrieve and view your registered LPA. [1]
- Advance Care Plan (ACP): Check your dashboard on MyLegacy@LifeSG where your Nominated Healthcare Spokesperson (NHS) and Trusted Persons are listed. Authorized medical staff can also view it through the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) once accepted. [, 2]
